...Transforming Group Dynamics
What We Value

These inform every aspect of our work and the way we relate to our clients.

Let us tell you how.

“A sense of humor is part of the art of leadership, of getting along with people, of getting things done.”
- Dwight D. Eisenhower

Humor has the power to relax people.  And that’s a catalyst for them to open up and see things with greater creativity and compassion.  We keep humor close to allow group participants to avoid judging themselves and others, It helps us create an ensemble atmosphere that can lead to profound discussion, greater connection, and the courage to take risks and solve problems.

“When we give cheerfully and accept gratefully, everyone is blessed.”
- Maya Angelou

Our creative process is founded on trust.  Group members need to be willing to take the risk of sharing a piece of themselves – their story.  That only happens when each member of the group also listens – truly listens – to that story.  Listening is a generous act.  An act of compassion.  And in our sessions, it leads to curiosity, openness, and new ideas.

“Courage is what it takes to stand up and speak; courage is also what it takes to sit down and listen.’
- Winston Churchill

Courage makes it possible for people in a group to express themselves in ways they never have before.  When we facilitate the right group environment, the members engage with each other more openly and honestly than in their daily life.  That’s the authentic connection that leads to increased creativity and productivity.

“I never made one of my discoveries through the process of rational thinking”
- Albert Einstein

Ensemble Force engages people in a group experience that promotes the power and beauty of the creative spirit.  We achieve this in the context of a supportive, playful, and trusting yet challenging environment.

Client Testimonial

Rainer Judd (President of Judd Foundation)

"From the first moment I met David Deblinger I was moved and inspired by his passion and commitment to the power of theatre to transform, heal, and reveal. His experience with actors and non-actors has given him the ability to invite, dare, and prompt each person he works with to embrace their own stories and feelings as their gift to share and magnify as theatre, as art."
